 I John 1:9
 
1.  The bread and cup of Thanksgiving.
 
2.  Let a man examine himself.
 
3.  Reminder:
     a.  Are you perplexed?
     b.  Are you troubled?
     c.  Do you feel guilty?
     d.  Are you burdened?
     e.  Are you bored?
 
4.  The Lord's Table is a reminder of our salvation.
