around.

theophany.

Elijah.

Obedience is no guarantee of being spared
adversity.
II. Water walkers discern between
faith and foolishness.
A. This is not just
a story about risk-taking, itis primarily a story about
obedience.
III. Water walkers get out of the
boat.
A. If you want to
walk on water, you have to get out of the boat.
B. Your boat is
whatever represents safety and security to you apart from God
himself.
