Radicalis: Radical Mercy
Matthew 5: 7, 38-45
We live in a generation that is sort of
separated right now by those who are tolerant on one hand and those
who are judgmental on the other hand.
Mercy is giving someone what they
need instead of what they deserve.
I. If I want to practice mercy, I have to
know mercy.
II. I will show mercy.
A. God sends the sun
to shine on both the evil and the good.
III. Five things about radical
mercy;
1. Radical mercy is
when you turn the other cheek.
2. Let them have
your coat.
3. Go the second
mile.
4. Give to
somebody who asks.
5. Love your
enemy.
IV. As I show mercy, then I will
better know mercy.
