I.  When  should I be patient?
 
     A.  When circumstances are uncontrollable. (7)
 
     B.  When people are  unchangeable.  (10)
 
     C.  When problems are unexplainable.  (11b)
 
II.  Why be patient?
 
     A.  Because God is in  control.  (8)
 
     B.  God  rewards patience.  (11a)
 
     C.  God is working things  out.  11b
 
III.  How to be patient.
 
     A.  Wait  expectantly.  (7)
 
     B.  Wait quietly.  ((9)
 
     C.  Wait confidently.  (11b)

    You preach with clarity and thoughtfulness. Patience is one of the more underrated Christian values in my opinion. Our ability to tolerate frustration and negative emotional states is, I think, is central to faith.
