soldiers wore shoes with cleats on them.
2. We
need to distinguish between the peace of God and peace with
God.
D. The
Shield of Faith.
1. The
shield carried into battle covered parts of the body.
2. Obeying
God can sometimes seem foolish.
E. The Helmet of
Salvation.
1. The
helmet protects the head.
F. The Sword of
the Spirit.
1. The sword
had a needle-like point and it was sharp on both sides.
