complete.
4 relationships I need:
I. I need models that inspire
me. (Phil. 3:17)
A. We don\'t know the
difference between heroes and celebrities.
B. Models don\'t have
to be perfect.
II. I need mentors that
advise me. (Prov. 19:20)
A. How to benefit
from a mentor:
1. Ask
questions. (Prov. 20:5)
2. Accept
feedback. (Eccl. 7:5)
III. I need partners that
assist me.
"Two are better off than
one, because together they can work effectively. If one falls down, the
other can help him up. But if someone is alone...., there is no one to help
him." Eccl. 4:9-10
IV. I need friends that
support me.
A. They give
you emotional support. "A friend loves you all the time, and helps
in time of trouble." Proverbs 17:17 NIV
B. They give you
intellectual support. "He who walks with the wise grows wise.""
Proverbs 13:20
C. They give you
spiritual support. ( II Cor. 6:14-16)
